1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with egd33, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 Years Players must meet this requirement. egd33 may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for age verification purposes.
• Each person is allowed only One Account No. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be permanently closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and truthful. egd33 reserves the right to close any account found to contain false details.
• Your mobile number and email address must be active and used exclusively by you.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Please do not share your password with anyone.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on egd33:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 100. The maximum deposit limit is determined by your account verification level.
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals. For example, if you deposit via Mobile Banking, your withdrawal must also be processed through Mobile Banking.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Incomplete verification may cause delays.
• Egd33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Funds can only be withdrawn to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5 Gaming Rules

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets placed in that round will be refunded.
